Good things here

Living here is an absolute pleasure, thanks to the exceptional maintenance services and the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that are consistently upheld. I never have to worry about garbage piling up, as the society ensures regular collection, keeping our surroundings neat and tidy. the ample parking space provided for residents and guests alike. The presence of CCTV cameras adds an extra layer of security, giving me peace of mind knowing that our community is well-monitored. The availability of nearby local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants makes running errands and meeting daily needs incredibly easy. And with properly ventilated rooms that receive plenty of sunlight, my living space feels bright and inviting throughout the day. I appreciate the spaciousness of our society, with plenty of open areas for relaxation and recreation. Furthermore, the consistent supply of water and electricity, along with the fast resolution of any issues that may arise, adds to the overall convenience and comfort of living here. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. read more

Things need improvement

There are pet related issues, owners does not follow rules. Lifts remains dirty at times. Stray dog issues and cows comes inside the society. There is a lot of difference between pet lovers and non pet lovers. Cabs does not come as there is a toll next to the society for which Rs 80 has to be paid, so the cabs does not come. Commuting is a major problem, public transport are also limited. There is no hospital nearby as such. Wet and dry waste are not separated it is collected together. Power backup is available but the charges are too high It's Rs 6 per unit. The construction quality of the buildings are not at all good. seapage and leakage issues has happened but it's rare. Plasters are comming off. Gym is not so good, swimming pool is not functional 90% of time in the society. read more

Living here is generally pleasant, but the stray dogs are a recurring issue. They can be bothersome and sometimes make it difficult to enjoy the neighborhood fully. read more

The society has positives like good maintenance and construction, but lacks a friendly atmosphere and nearby conveniences. Maintenance charges could be lower, and minor construction issues need attention like seepage, leakage, and cracks. the elevators need to be replaced and there is a requirment of repainting as well. metro is also very far from the society. read more

Good things here

The roads outside the society were well-maintained. There were no leakage or seepage issues in my flat. The society had a well-equipped gym. The residents were decent, and festivals were celebrated. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was enough greenery around. read more

Autos were not easily available near the society; one had to walk a bit to find them. Connectivity was a significant issue. The society did not have a swimming pool or a play area while we were there. Some residents had complaints about leakage and seepage issues in their flats. read more
