The greenery within the society is abundant, creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Waste collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Nearby, there are schools and hospitals within a 1. 5 km radius from the society. The parking area is spacious and secure, with ample visitor parking available. Public transportation options like buses are conveniently located around 800 meters away from the society, making commuting easy. The residents are respectful and good-natured. Ventilation in the flats is excellent, ensuring a comfortable living environment. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity, like cabs and auto-rickshaws, is not readily available within the society, and even when booked, there's a high chance of cancellation, which is inconvenient. The construction quality is poor, evident from water leakages in bathroom walls. The water facility is not reliable, as water comes into tankers, leading to additional charges. Maintenance charges are expensive within the society. Additionally, amenities like the swimming pool are closed due to water issues. read more

Public transportation is easily accessible within a walking distance of around 300 meters, making it very convenient for residents. Parking spaces are consistently designated within the society, which is convenient for residents. However, it's worth noting that the swimming pool is not currently being maintained. read more

Society is well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation. The people in the society are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the holidays. No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. The community has amenities like a park, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Excellent parking and security. read more

There are no issues in the society which i faced while being in the society , i had a great stay as all the facilities were available in the society . No issues at all. read more

Good things here

The society's environment is calm, and residents enjoy a peaceful living atmosphere. There are approximately 4 to 5 schools, a few hospitals, supermarkets, and markets located within a radius of 5 km. The nearest metro station is about 2.5 km away from the society. Good amenities are available inside the society, such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, play areas, and ample parking options. Maintenance facilities are also excellent, with 24/7 water supply, minimal power cuts, reliable backup options for electricity, and daily garbage collection services. The quality of construction is commendable, as we have never faced any leakage problems, and there are good ventilation facilities throughout the premises. read more

The carpet area for 4 BHK Villa is less in my view. So I did not like the villas and location as well. Moreover, the quality of the construction isn’t that great compared to the price at they are selling.
