Good things here

The elevators are installed and well-maintained, making daily commutes within the buildings easy and convenient. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring a safe and secure living space for all residents. The community is also kept clean and well-maintained with regular garbage collection and timely painting, ensuring that the surroundings are always pleasant. We have uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, which adds to the comfort and convenience of living here. Each resident is allotted a designated parking space, which helps in maintaining order and convenience. Additionally, we have access to modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, which are well-maintained and provide excellent spaces for fitness and social activities. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other and fostering a strong sense of community. The connectivity is excellent, with good roads and easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. Essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. The society is also pet-friendly, and everyone takes great care of their pets, ensuring they are well-looked-after and happy. read more

Things need improvement

Although they have provided separate dustbins, there is no proper segregation of wet and dry garbage. The ventilation in the homes is not as good as it could be, which affects the overall comfort. Additionally, the quality of plaster and fittings is not up to the mark. There are issues with seepage and termites, but they do address these problems quickly. read more

Good things here

Society is in amazing location. With metro connectivity and public transport options all are available around the society. I travel by my own car. proper parking slots are alloted to all residents, and parking space is ample in the society. street light are properly functional at night as well, Roads are very well constructed now. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collection is done on time on regular basis. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good. There are no damps faced as such. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms, which is one of the great things. Top notch facilities like gym, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. Very homely environment with people being friendly. CCTV is avilable and works properly in lifts and all over the society. Security system is good Security guards are available and they are very good. Lifts are also maintained properly. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. Society is pet friendly. read more

Things need improvement

I have not seen any festivals celebrated in the society. I absolutely have never faced any issues in this society, Even if issues arise the society management promply solves any concern with effictive actions. read more

Good things here

The apartment's build quality was excellent with no infrastructure issues. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. All modern amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and gym were available and well-maintained by the society's maintenance team. There was 24x7 water and electricity supply, allocated parking for owners, and 20 reserved parking spots for visitors, with each flat having two parking spaces�a great feature of the society. Festivals and functions were celebrated, and fire safety features were in place, along with guards at each entrance for security. Maintenance charges were reasonably�priced. read more

Things need improvement

The metro was far from the society, and there was no nearby railway station. Local transportation was not easily accessible, requiring a journey of around 3 km. Bus services were infrequent. The airport was also far from the society. Power backup facilities were available but only for common areas. CCTV coverage was inadequate, with only about 9-10% of the society's area covered, mainly at the main gate according to�my�observation. read more
