Seepage in a brand new flat within 2 days. Plaster quality is not good. Washroom basin pipe missing from a bathroom. Curtain rod fittings were not holding up so we had to do multiple drills. Main door lock is so dirty and does not even close properly.

Sector 85, a residential area that is a part of the New Gurgaon micro-market, is a promising area that is experiencing real estate development at a steady rate. Located between Sector 84 and 86, its northern border is Sector 86 road, while its southern border is Dwarka Expressway Link road. Vacant lots in the area have been identified for future commercial and residential construction. Most of the high-rise apartment complexes in Sector 85 are still in the development phase, although there are some that have been finished. The area is only 3 kilometers from the Dwarka Expressway and the National Highway 48.
