The connectivity in our society is excellent, with the railway station just a 10-minute drive away. We have multiple hospitals and schools in close proximity, along with numerous grocery shops and malls. Additionally, there are plenty of cafes nearby where residents can unwind. Local transport options such as auto-rickshaws, cabs, Ola, and Uber are readily available. The area is peaceful, and the flats are spacious with proper ventilation. Residents are known for being helpful and cooperative, and maintenance tasks like painting are carried out regularly without disturbance. We celebrate all events and festivals together, fostering a happy atmosphere where people are genuinely friendly and welcoming. read more

Things need improvement

Overall, the building as a whole doesn't experience leakage or seepage issues, but specifically on the terrace below the 7th floor flat, there are problems with leaks. However, residents are responsible for fixing these issues at their own cost. There isn't a maintenance team dedicated to addressing internal leakage and seepage problems; they primarily focus on external issues. This is a basic society without modern amenities, featuring only one clubhouse, limited play facilities, and a small garden. The lifts are outdated, and power cuts occur frequently, sometimes daily, with power backup available only for common areas. Additionally, the society lacks 24-hour bmc water supply, necessitating the use of tanker facilities, which significantly increases maintenance charges, amounting to approximately 3,000 to 4,000 per month depending on tanker supply. Fire exit spaces haven't been provided, and the management team hasn't conducted any seismic tests to assess earthquake readiness in the society. read more

Good things here

Society culture of this society is very good. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. . Gyms, swimming pools , garden everything is provided and gyms are maintained. no issues regarding water supply, electricals supply, etc. there are no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. , parking space is also sufficient. Garbage collection facilities are also provided. read more

The only issue I face is regarding connectivity, roads are not properly maintained due to which autos and cabs are not easily accessible. Apart from this, everything is good. read more

Good things here

Unit of the apartment was very beautiful and semi furnished ,moduler kitchen had been provided,dray ares was also there. layout of 25 wings was impressive. connectivity was good,near by auto ,cabs available. read more

There was not parking space for the residence,no amenities like club house swimming pool had been provided,there was cracks and seepage issues in the apartment,garden was there but for kids only. read more
