Everything that you or your kids might need is available within walking distance. There are some great schools and hospitals around for any kind of emergency. The society is gated and hence safer comparatively. No shortage of electricity or water. The waste disposal mechanism seems okay too and people living around are clean as well.

The view from my balcony is amazing. I don’t have a water supply or electric supply issue as that of my previous residence. It is even sustainable with a rainwater harvesting system and a garden. My office is in Lower Parel and the commute is easy via bus or train.

The area is great for an up and coming locality. Flat prices haven’t skyrocketed, so one can buy without a huge loan or anything. The houses are constructed with a touch of modernity and are ready to move. My favourite part about it is the community we live with and their adaptability.

Very well connected to all localities in the city via metro, local trains, and roads. You can even hop on a bus just in case. The flats are luxurious at really affordable prices and the society is really clean and well maintained. Best part is the park and community. The people are really accommodating.

The maintenance staff almost never listens. The garbage is usually lying around for days and the disposal trucks aren't regular. Takes a lot of time to commute to and fro work. Though the property is new, there’s a leakage issue which the builder seems not to be able to resolve.
