There is a notable drawback concerning construction. While the society offers many positives, the construction quality poses challenges with network reception issues within the buildings. This can be frustrating for residents who rely heavily on consistent connectivity for work or communication. Addressing these construction-related issues could significantly improve the overall experience and satisfaction of residents. . One persistent issue of water logging is there in rains. The build quality of the society was excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage in the rooms. The rooms were spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with attached balconies. There were no fitting-related issues, and the quality of walls and taps was commendable. The security system was robust, utilizing both CCTVs and apps for monitoring. Auto cabs and a local market were conveniently located near�the�society. read more

Things need improvement

This society is not bachelor-friendly at all, as there are strict and different rules and regulations for bachelors. Nobody is permitted to enter our rooms, not even friends or family, without verification at the entrance. The management committee, including the chairman and secretary, can visit our rooms anytime, which is concerning for privacy. The residents are narrow-minded and conservative. Additionally, there is no swimming pool in the society, and the clubhouse is not well-maintained. Bachelors are charged for using the gym, and bus services are not available�nearby. read more
