The infrastructure is top-notch, with well-maintained roads, ample parking spaces, and clean surroundings. The area is well-planned, with lush greenery and a peaceful environment. The Hiranandani Gardens also has a vibrant social scene, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers, making it a great place to live, work, and play. read more

Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society. There haven't been any issues like seepage or leakage observed in the flats, reflecting good construction quality. The lifts in the society are available and properly maintained. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are provided and well-maintained. There were no amenities in the society, and sometimes due to heavy rainfall, there were issues of seepage and leakage that were not manageable. Despite this, everything was generally well-maintained. Connectivity remained good. read more

The lift and CCTV cameras were well maintained, and garbage collection was always on time. Cleaning and hygiene were also well taken care of. Ventilation was good, and there were no issues like seepage or dampness. All festivals were celebrated, and it was a pet-friendly society. There was a small park nearby. The society was well connected to public transport, with autos and rickshaws easily available. The roads outside the society were of good quality, and there were no problems with water logging. read more

Things need improvement

The metro station wasn't nearby; it was around 6 to 7 kilometers away. Since the society was close to the main road, there was a lot of traffic noise, which was a bit disturbing to me. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were not available in the society. read more
