There is easy to access reputed schools and hospitals. There is availability of parks, gyms and sports facilities for a healthy lifestyle. It is centrally located, and heavy traffic can occur during peak hours. Due to high density population, there is frequent parking issues. Noise pollution experience due to dense population in some areas. There is frequent power outages and voltage issue during summer months. read more

Location is in posh Model colony locality. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Near Firodia Garden. New building and unused flat with plenty of amenitites such as gated community, gym, swimming pool, children play area, garden, clubhouse etc. No water shortage as plemty of storage available, DC generator backup incase of power failure. read more
