Good things here

Built up by ideal group, a well known real estate agency. This gated community society is surrounded by water bodies and fountains. Airport and railway station are within a driving distance. Facilities like rainwater harvesting, pool, clubhouse, gym, power backup, kids playground are available. Also cctv surveillance and general security standards is well taken care of. I would suggest this society for it's affordable pricing and good living standards. read more

Things need improvement

Noisy and polluted because it's just located nearby to railway tracks. Gym and clubhouse equipment are outdated and broken. Non availability of nearby metro station create a lot of travelling problem. Parking slots can be more efficiently alloted among the residents to avoid any conflict.. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is very poor in the society. Although there is a playground available, hygiene and cleanliness are not maintained well. There is a need for improvement in management, and there should be a dedicated management team in place. Residents of the society are selected through voting, similar to what happens in small societies, with some elected positions like the president. read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. read more
