Connectivity to Canada is easily available in the society if booked ahead. Water facilities are very good, with a reliable power backup system in place. Garbage collection is also efficient, as they will separate wet and dry waste. The local area is very good with various amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, all of which are well-maintained within the society. There is a main road nearby, which makes access easy from the society. Additionally, there is a supermarket available inside the society, making it convenient for residents. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Public transportation is accessible with a bus stop about 100 meters away from the society, and buses are available in nearby cities within walking distance. Parking areas are convenient within the society, with dedicated visitor parking spaces. read more

There is no metro available nearby the society, which is quite inconvenient. The greenery outside the society should be improved to enhance the environment. read more

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society if booked online. Construction quality is good; there are no seepages or cleanliness issues in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and indoor games are available and well-maintained. Security in the society is very good and ensures safety. Parking areas are very convenient, with separate visitor parking available. Shops are available within a 1-2 kilometer radius, which is convenient. read more

Cleaning of the society is not good, which is very inconvenient. There are cockroaches in the flats, making it very unsanitary. There is traffic congestion outside the society, which is also inconvenient. read more
