I'm fortunate to live in a society that excels in every aspect, especially with well-maintained parks and spacious surroundings. Connectivity is a breeze here, with autos, buses, and cabs easily accessible just outside. Properly functioning street lights ensure safety and visibility at all times. Parking is ample and allotted to all residents, eliminating any parking woes. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants make daily errands convenient. The society boasts excellent amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area, all impeccably maintained. Well-ventilated rooms contribute to a comfortable living environment. Additional staircases provide convenient access throughout the society. CCTV surveillance adds to our sense of security Proper maintenance ensures that both lifts are always in good working order. cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently upheld. Timely garbage collection, including separate collection of wet and dry waste, is part of the routine. Residents come together to celebrate cultural events and festivals. Roads were narrow earlier and traffic issues are faced around the society, recently service lane has been made and comparitively situation is better now. Water fittings are quite old for which leakage issues arise time to time. Seepage issues are also quite a lot that happens in the society. read more

Maintenance of our society is the biggest plus point for me. We celebrate all festivals very well, and any issues that arise are resolved in no time. I'm fully satisfied with the earthing system; it's up to the mark. Overall, everything in the society is top-notch from my perspective. We have all the facilities we need, and CCTV cameras are installed for security. The people here are friendly and cooperative, and maintenance is always up to the mark. I don't have any issues or complaints. read more

There was a leakage issue in the society, and although there is a swimming pool available, unfortunately, we have no access to it due to maintenance issues. read more
