There are multiple issues with this society and we are all waiting for a life threatening disaster to happen. 1) Improper Security - Random vendors will bang on your door(yes they will bang on the door because there is no provision for a call bell and video door phone supposedly takes 2 months for installation). On voicing facility management says you shouldn’t have taken possession. 2) Improper housekeeping (for several days). 3) Biggest issue is of Lift. They have 7 lifts in the building which is of 50 floor. However they have kept only 2 for common usage and guess what the 2 lifts run on the whims and fancies of lift man who keeps gossiping on various floors and then put the lift on vip mode). On days you have to wait upto 20 mins in lobby for the lift or you have to take the stairs. I was lucky that the mgmt dint say that you should not have taken possession on higher floor. God save your family in case of health emergency read more

I had high hopes for this project buy the demands are still not fulfilled. The problem with the power supply even though there is backup, maintenance problem and there is no network sometimes that can cause problems for those who work from home. Though I can wait till the time the project gets finished and construction is done to get all the amenities actively work. Location is good but public transportation is not widely available. The main highways are close to schools, hospitals, and supermarkets. The project itself is located in the prime location of Greater Noida and has been designed & developed by a world-class architect. It is located in touching arms of India’s one of the fastest DND & FNG Corridors, Metro Stations, Airport like Jewar & IGI, Indian Railways, Bus Terminals, Bus Stops, Natural tints consisting a huge area of crop field/farmlands, and much more. read more

I like green Runwal Bliss for some certain reason that is safety and, the project has a 100% power reserve, lots of open space and excellent facilities it has promised like spacious car parking, parks with jogging and racing track, spa, gym, swimming pool, sunbath, kid’s play area, playground, sports courts, auditorium, clubhouse, health clinic, hi-tech security, Wi-Fi and Leased Broadband services, and much more. However, maintenance is a problem and so is network connectivity which might cause difficulties sometimes. Public transportation is not always available even though social infrastructure and gas stations are around it. You need a car to survive and develop here. The nursery in this place is beautiful and you will love the view here. read more

If you are looking for the best facilities, then this project will bring the best for you but I have to say before there is no perfect project - this one will also give you some problems such as poor cellular towers, electricity supply problems, maintenance hassle, waterlogging in monsoons and low public transportation after rush hour. But look at positive things - you have spacious car parking, parks with jogging and racing track, spa, gym, swimming pool, sunbath, kid’s play area, playground, sports courts, auditorium, clubhouse, health clinic, hi-tech security, Wi-Fi, and Leased Broadband services, and others. This is a large list of facilities and an overall calm atmosphere. I believe after it is completed, it will be one of the best residence of the city. read more
