Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is reliable. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The parking area is spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. People are friendly and diverse, representing various cultures within the society. We can celebrate every festival, including Holi and Gujarati festivals, grandly. Ganesh Navaratri can also be celebrated with pomp and fervor in the society. The cleanliness of the society, both inside and outside, is commendable. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity like cabs and autos isn't easily available in the society. If we book a cab, it's not readily accessible, which is inconvenient. The construction quality is poor; there are some issues like seepages in the bathrooms within the society. The swimming pool in the society is closed. There is no visitor parking area in the society, which can be problematic. Amenities like the gym are not well-maintained. Visitors should park outside the society gate as there is no designated visitor parking area inside. read more

Keeping up with maintenance here can be costly, and the roads within our community aren't cleaned very well. There's not much greenery outside the neighborhood, and the buildings could be better built, with some small problems in certain spots. read more

You don't have to travel far to access the metro, buses, and auto rickshaws. Malls, clinics, hospitals, and schools are also in the vicinity. There are no parking problems in the community, and there are no stray dogs. All the facilities, including a clubhouse, gym, pool, garden and parks, are accessible, and the lifts function efficiently. read more
