Things need improvement

The construction quality is very poor, with significant issues such as a leaking master bathroom that caused great discomfort. The maintenance is also subpar, with long waits for basic repairs like plumbing, which often takes 2-3 days to address. Additionally, the people in the community were not very friendly. For instance, a neighbor once came to my door at 3 AM to complain about a leakage issue from my bathroom, which was quite distressing. read more

During the time we stayed there, our experience was quite good. The connectivity was excellent, with easy access to rented transport like autos, cabs, and buses. The society was very well-maintained, with good construction quality and all amenities available without any problems. Overall, the society was very good, but there was one problem: there was not enough cleaning done properly. The areas around the corridors and reception were often very dirty, so I feel that there should have been better maintenance and improvement�in�cleaning. read more

The locality of the society is very good, Transportation connectivity near the society is quite satisfactory, a metro station is available nearby. Also, surrounded by the market area. Maintenance quality is also fine, CCTVs and Elevators are installed. There are no seepage and leakage issues in the building. Thus construction quality is also fine. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Neighbours are quite friendly and cooperative, celebrating all festivals and occasions together. read more

Maintainence and Cleanliness is properly done. CCTV cameras, lift and others are available and works really good. No water logging issues. People are friendly and cooperative. Markets, schools, hospitals are available nearby.The society has great connectivity in terms of metro, cabs and buses. These are available nearby.
