A mixed aspect is offered to the buyers. It is a reputed developer and they have lived up to the reputation. Location is great if you are working from home like me, you will face problems with your mobile network. Connectivity is fluctuating. Electricity comes and goes and public transport is difficult to find as it is still a developing area. But a lot of natural beauty that you can admire. Although the maintenance should be better. Overall the protection of the area is good but some is waterlogging during the monsoon. read more

I am liking this project for some specific reason- area is safe, project has 100% power backup which is needed since electricity keeps coming and going here, lots of open space and natural beauty and excellent amenities and more. However, maintenance is an issue and so is network connectivity. Last aspect poses difficulty with working from home at times. Public transport is not always available. You basically need a car to survive and flourish here. read more
