Things need improvement

One aspect that stands out is the construction quality, which I believe is not up to the mark. I've noticed issues like plaster peeling off, which I suspect are due to the use of low-quality materials. It's concerning because these problems can lead to maintenance issues and affect the overall aesthetic of the buildings. Another area that could be improved is the shortage of parking space in the society. This has been a source of inconvenience for me, especially with ongoing construction inside the society. Finding parking can be a hassle, and it's something that I believe needs to be addressed to enhance the overall living experience for everyone. read more

Good things here

Public transport facilities are very frequent, we easily get autos, metros, cabs etc. No major issues have been faced regarding the public transport facilities. The maintenance of the society has no loopholes - the society is clean, hygiene has always been a top most priority in this society. During Rainy seasons problems like water logging never comes. read more

Things need improvement

One problem that is associated with the connectivity of the society is Metro station is not nearby. Then there has been a lot of traffic on the roads at office timimgs. Problems like leakage and seepage exists in the sociery that needs to be taken care of. Gyms and clubhouses are under construction from a long time. Another area of concern is that people don't celebrate the festivals like much of the festivals together, society should organise cultural events and festivals to enhance the sense of belongingness and bondings among the people. read more

Apart from connectivity, everything in the society is good. All amenities are available, and there is a market nearby as well. The place is clean and well-maintained. The society's maintenance team is very active; any issues raised are promptly resolved. read more

there's a slight issue with connectivity as the metro is 10-12 kilometers away, and it's not easy to find cabs. The metro project has been planned nearby but hasn't been completed yet. read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is always available. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Parking space is available. Paintings are done on time in the common areas if required. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. read more
