Good things here

Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors in the society. Auto,cabs were easily available near by the society. managing commitee was so attentive to resolve issues of the resident. Security was good as there was 24/7 security system and cctv was available in the society. People were really coperative and helpful in the society. Build quality was really good and there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage. read more

Things need improvement

All the modern amenities were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc but the tenants were not allowed to use them and if they want they have to buy membership to use this facilities. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is more or less good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society is connected with the main road. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are nearby the society. Hospitals are very near the society Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. 2 balcony are available. Security is very good in the society. Some cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Bus stops are a bit far from the society. There are no metro stations nearby the society. Power backup is only for the common areas. The construction quality of the buildings average, seepage and leakage issues are sometimes seen in the apartments Park and garden is not available in the society, there are 2 lanes where kids play. Club house, gym and swimmingpool is available but I've not accessed any of it. read more

Good things here

Tranportation is easy to approach as there is auto stand just in front of the gate and bu stand is at walkable distance from the society. All the modern amenities are present in the society. Quality of the construction is really good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage. All the festivals are celebarted in the society,Good security system as there are biomatrix facilities on the entrance. read more

Things need improvement

Connection of the solar panel and generator has been allocated to lifts and common areas only so during the power cuts it is unmanagable for residents read more

Visitors parking has not been provided. tenant were charged extra to use amenities in the society. heavy deposites has been taken which was not returned as well. read more
