I appreciate the effort put into maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that our surroundings are always tidy and comfortable to live in. It's reassuring to know that garbage collection is done on time, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste. Having continuous water and electricity supply is a big relief, as it eliminates any inconvenience or disruptions. I'm grateful that we don't face issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems, thanks to the good construction quality of our buildings. The ventilation in our society is excellent, contributing to a fresh and airy atmosphere indoors. I enjoy taking advantage of the various facilities and amenities available, such as the gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. These amenities enhance our quality of life and provide opportunities for relaxation and recreation. read more

Unfortunately, some residents aren't as cooperative as I'd like them to be, and I've found that some owners aren't as trustworthy as I had hoped. The heavy traffic around the area is a constant nuisance, making it difficult to navigate and causing disturbances. One of the biggest inconveniences is the lack of nearby shops, schools, and other amenities. It often feels like I have to travel far just to access basic necessities. Additionally, the amenities within the society itself are not maintained properly, which is disappointing. The presence of a burning ghat next to the society is particularly concerning. The smoke that enters the rooms is not only unpleasant but also potentially harmful to our health. read more

Cabs are readily available here, and our society boasts excellent amenities such as Clubhouse and gym facilities. We do not encounter any issues with water logging in our area. Our society is equipped with CCTV cameras and functional lifts, without any problems. The parks within our community are well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm and in an organized manner in our society. read more
