The roads near the society were well-maintained, making travel smooth and comfortable. Public transport was easily accessible nearby, which was convenient for commuting. There were no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats, ensuring a dry and comfortable living environment. The society had a playground, making it ideal for children to play and enjoy outdoor activities. Pets were allowed, adding to the flexibility for residents who have pets. Water was available 24*7, ensuring consistent access to water supply. Bachelors were allowed to reside in the society, accommodating different living arrangements. Ventilation in the flats was good, allowing sufficient sunlight and fresh air inside. There were no issues of power cuts, providing reliable electricity. I'm glad to report that we don't have to worry about a water crisis within our community, which is definitely a relief. Additionally, we're fortunate to have ample parking facilities, which alleviate concerns about vehicle storage and congestion. It's one less thing to stress about when coming and going from our homes. Moreover, the security measures in place are robust, providing all of us with peace of mind and a strong sense of safety. The aging plumbing infrastructure in our old society has indeed led to recurring seepage issues, which require regular maintenance and repairs to ensure a dry and comfortable living environment. It's definitely a challenge we have to deal with, but the proactive approach to maintenance helps mitigate the impact on our daily lives. Although we don't have amenities like a swimming pool or gym area, the community compensates with its excellent connectivity. While there are areas for improvement, such as addressing the seepage issues and potentially exploring options for additional amenities, I still find our community to be a comfortable and convenient place to live. read more

Good things here

Quality of the construction is really good and there were no issue regarding anything pillars were strong and steady. High security system as all the areas were under cctv survilance and gaurds were there on each entrance. Garbage collection was done time to time. People over there were really friendly and coperative. read more

Things need improvement

Metro is underconstruction in that area and even railway station is far away from the society only the bus services was available near by the society. There was zero amenities available in the society except lifts. Some of the units only had allocated parking in the society that was the issue there. read more
