High maintenance charges, especially when deducted daily from the electricity meter, can be frustrating for residents. Additionally, finding RWA charges for maintenance services to be high compared to the services provided can make it less affordable for middle-class residents. Good things here

This society kind of feels like a home to me. There is everything available, there are gyms, swimming pools and public parks available for catering to refreshing needs. If talking about people , I think that everywhere there are some problems but if you are good and nice to others, others will also be nice to you, so yes people are good and engaging. We celebrate various things together. Maintenance facilities are also good here with timely issue resolution. There are no issues regarding ventilation, seepage or cracks. There are sufficient parking spaces available in the society, and autos and cabs are also easily accessible. Overall, it's a nice and a pleasant place. read more

Sometimes, I face issues regarding water supply and seepage, but when we complain about it, the issue gets resolved promptly. There is nothing bad about the society as such. I enjoy living here. read more
