The society has good transportation connectivity with Ola and Uber availability. Parking is well-planned, with separate areas for society residents, visitors, and commercial purposes. Hygiene is well-maintained, and lifts are installed and well-maintained. There are no cracks or seepage despite the older construction from 1998. Amenities include a clubhouse for each society, a small play area, and a few common gyms that are pay-and-use. The residents, mainly employees, are cooperative and mostly working professionals. read more

Things need improvement

Local transport is limited, being an IT park area with only 1 or 2 buses. Security guards are strict, making it less appealing for youngsters due to restrictions on entry and exit times. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity in our society is quite poor, and it's frustrating that there are no buses or autos nearby. This lack of public transport options makes commuting more difficult and less convenient for everyone here. I think having more accessible transportation would really improve our daily routines and make it easier to get around when needed. read more

Around the society, all public transport options like autos and rickshaws are easily available. Malls, markets, and grocery stores are nearby. Amenities such as a gym, garden, and clubhouse are also available. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali are celebrated. The society offers both covered and uncovered parking. Lifts, CCTV, and security guards are well-maintained. Garbage collection is on time. There is proper ventilation and no issues like seepage. read more

However, the society does not have a swimming pool. Occasionally, during the rainy season, there is some minor water logging on the roads outside the society. read more
