Connectivity to cabs and autos are easily available in the if we book ola and uber in the society is very convenient. Maintenance is very good in the society. Water facilities are excellent, and power backup is available reliably. Garbage collection is very efficient; they segregate waste properly. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Parking spaces are ample, and visitor parking is available, which is very convenient. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Hospitals are available within 100-200 meters from the society, which is very convenient for emergencies. Overall, it's a safe and comfortable place to live. read more

Public transportation options are available, but they are inconvenient at times. There is pollution outside the society, which is very inconvenient. read more

Good things here

The society is very clean. The buildings are in good shape, and there are no problems with leaks or cracks. The neighbours are friendly as well. Ola and Uber do not cancel rides and railway stations and airports are not far away. The security is also very good with CCTV cameras and guards. The amenities like grade, children's play area and gym are great as well. read more

Things need improvement

The only problem here is with the swimming pools. We have two swimming pools, but one of them is always closed because of maintenance issues. It would be much better if both pools were open and properly maintained. Apart from this, everything else is fine. read more

There is sufficient greenery in the society. We receive water supply 24/7, and there are no issues of leakage or seepage. Autos and cabs are readily available near the society. The society has all modern amenities and maintains cleanliness well. The residents are decent. Security is efficient, and the society is safe. read more

Things need improvement

Public transport such as buses and metro is not available near the society. Within a 1 km distance from the society, there are significant traffic issues. read more
