The society provides ample parking for all residents and is consistently clean and hygienic, with timely garbage collection. Water and electricity supply are always reliable, with no issues of water logging or mobile network disruptions. Security guards are courteous, and lifts function properly. The construction quality is good, with no problems like seepage, leakage, or plaster issues. There are no stray dog issues, and the community is friendly and cooperative. read more

However, there are traffic issues around the society, the metro station is a bit far, parking is limited causing occasional chaos, and the roads are not in good condition. read more

The roads near the society were in good condition. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was up to the mark. The society had all modern amenities and sufficient greenery. The lifts were well-maintained. Security was good, with CCTV installed and security guards present. read more

The society had seepage issues after rainfall. The connectivity was very poor, with autos not readily available; one had to walk quite a distance, and even then, autos were often full. There was a lot of groupism within the society. read more

I'm quite disappointed with the gym in this society. It's not maintained properly, with equipment often being broken or unclean. This makes it difficult to use and enjoy the facility. It's frustrating to have an amenity that is not kept up to standard. read more
