The society has excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, kids' play area, and indoor games, all of which are well-maintained. Connectivity is convenient with cabs and autos readily available nearby. The maintenance in the society is good, and there is power backup. Garbage collection is efficiently managed. The metro station is nearby, within 100 meters, and public transportation like buses is within walking distance. Parking spaces are spacious, and there is also visitor parking available. The people in the society are very nice, making it a good experience to live there. read more

The rates in the society are quite high, especially on the ground floor. The water quality is not good, which can lead to infections. Garbage collection is sometimes not properly managed. The outside roads and construction quality are also poor,there is an seepages isues in bathrooms that is very inconvinent in the flats. . read more

I lived in this housing society for 4 years and left 2 years ago. My experience was very positive. The connectivity was excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, and metro stations. Maintenance was done regularly, and any issues were quickly resolved. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe, with good security measures and effective CCTV coverage. There was always enough parking for both residents and guests, and there were no issues with stray dogs. The construction quality was solid, with no problems like cracks or leaks. The amenities, such as the garden, children's play area, and gym, were well-maintained and enjoyable. read more

Connectivity-wise, it�s excellent with a supermarket, grocery stores, metro station, school, and bus stop within 100 meters. Street lights are available, and there is good parking space. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children�s play area, walking track, and community hall are well-functioning. Maintenance includes daily cleaning and proper garbage collection. There are no issues with water or power supply, and the lift maintenance is good. The surroundings and construction are excellent, with no leakage issues and good ventilation in all rooms. read more

The road quality in the society is poor, causing inconvenience for residents. Potholes and uneven surfaces are common, making driving and walking difficult, and increasing wear and tear on vehicles. read more
