The whole first thing I noticed about the Sobha Royal Pavilion was that it appeared to be a safe project. The security service is excellent as they proposed, and the neighbourhood appears to be safe in general. A gym, multipurpose hall, badminton court, squash court, table tennis room, pool table room, card and carrom lounge, and spa, among other amenities, are available with an excellent mobile tower and a non-disruptive and serene atmosphere. Working from home is also a delight. The swimming pool, gym, and other amenities are all fantastic, however, the sporadic water supply needs to be fixed immediately. I think I will have all of the necessary fittings in my apartment. The perspective of the project appeals to me. Greenwood High International School, Greenwood High International School. read more

My time in the Sobha Royal Pavilion was enjoyable. The facilities are fantastic. A swimming pool, a security service, a gym, a jogging track, a multipurpose court, and other amenities are available. There's a lot of vegetation here, and the vistas are stunning. With mobile towers, you can work in peace. There is a sense of safety in the surrounding neighbourhood. A clubhouse, a jogging and walking track, power backup, a swimming pool, security, allocated parking, a banquet hall, a gymnasium, indoor squash, and badminton courts, and a CCTV camera are among the amenities. RGA Tech Park, RMZ Ecoworld, DPS East, Greenwood High International School, The International School Bangalore, Columbia Asia Hospital, Sakra World Hospital, RGA Tech Park, RMZ Ecoworld, DPS East, Greenwood High International School, Greenwood High International School, are nearby. I had my doubts before investing in this project, however after going through thr deatils i decided to give in. The project is a fine construct till now, they are almost done with the construction and it is just matters of time thar it will be ready to move. The one thing tha made me purchase the property is the connectivity to my office. The society is just few blocks awat from my office and it will be great thing for me. Apart from that the amenities provided by the developers are a real catch. I am surely eager to move into my new home soon with my family. read more

As a parent of two children, I must say that I have gotten all I dreamed for. With this Sobha Royal Pavilion project, they will have a lot of pleasure and excitement. They have a multifunctional court, a specialized playing zone, a swimming pool, large places, plenty of security and safety, and more. All of the fittings and fixtures, including the construction and interior design, are of high quality. You won't have any trouble finding a parking spot, and you'll enjoy the general atmosphere of this tour. Sobha Royal Pavilion, in my opinion, is a good blend with many benefits. Overall, the neighbourhood is safe, with less flooding during monsoon season, which is a welcome relief, and good cell network coverage. Sobha Royal Pavilion proposed to feature a gym, multipurpose hall, badminton court, squash court, table tennis room, pool table room, card and carrom lounge, and spa, among other amenities. The security of the residence is quite good. There are some water logging issues too during the rain as some places gets clogged making as some of people said. I think it will be difficult for my family and other people to travel without mud splashes over their wear. I think this can be improved for a better living. Apart from that all else is fine. waiting to move in soon. read more
