Good things here

Metro station is available nearby the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Play ground, play area for kids and garden is available in the society. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. read more

Things need improvement

The area is very conjested, the roads are very narrow around the society. Traffic issues are faced a lot. The connectivity of the society is bit of a concern, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available outside the society. There are no proper parking space within the society Lifts are available but maximum time lifts are not functional. The construction quality of the buildings is not good, seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats and bedroom areas. Gym is very small in the society. read more

Good things here

Within a 5 km radius, residents have access to buses, cabs, shops, schools, and hospitals. The residents are friendly, celebrating various religious festivals like Ugadhi, Sankranthi, Holi, and Diwali together. Maintenance is seamless, with clean surroundings and available amenities like gym, swimming pool, and tennis court. read more

Things need improvement

The society does not have a nearby metro station. All other facilities are there in the society but the only drawback is about the connectivity of metro. The nearest metro station is around 9-10 kms away and it becomes very problematic for the people. People are not cooperative and festivals are celebrated individually at their home not amongst the residents. read more

Maintenance is really good in the society. There is a dedicated team that addresses any issues that arise within the community. Cleaning is also diligently maintained, with daily tasks being performed. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gymnasium are available in the society, and everything is highly maintained and fully functional. People in the community are really good, cooperative, and friendly toward�each�other. read more

Things need improvement

The metro is expected to arrive in a few years, and work is underway in that regard. However, the construction quality is quite poor, with the entire building experiencing leakage and seepage issues, among other problems. Unfortunately, these issues have not been resolved yet, as they seem to stem from internal problems within�the�building. read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. read more
