The prices are satisfactory compared to the facilities on offer here, comprising parks, gyms, shops, jogging trails, ATMs, doctor's offices, clean streets, and a safe environment. Amenities like Badminton court, Jogging track, Lawn tennis court, others are worth it. The project has indoor activities such as Squash court. The entrance lobby area is so vast and grand. Also every essential facility is nearby to the apartment. This is the best investment I have done till date.

I own a 3BHK flat in Puravankara Westend, and my family loved it. Since the project is completely royal the connectivity to different parts of the Bengaluru from Hosur Road makes it worth. I loved the security and good power back. Moreover, amenities like Gymnasium and Lift.

Westend is the best residential project in Bengaluru. Nice project with all Amenities like Club House Jogging Track, Children's Play Area, Fountain available Garden and Security System was super nice location also.
