Connectivity acha hai koi dikkat nahi , kahi aane jaane me sahi easy rehta hai. Gym aur table tennis room hai acha society me. read more

Things need improvement

Last 5 yrs se koi paint nahi hua hai society me. Clubhouse & swimming pool nahi hai society me. Basement me kafi paani aajata tha, baarishon me dikkat thi, basement me leakage ka issue tha. Exit gate ke paas ground floor ke tiles kaafi neeche chale gaye hain, aur jo garden area hai waha ki zameen neeche baith gayi hai. read more

Good things here

Garbage collective was done on the dialy basis between 9-10am in the morning. Pet friendly society and people are educated and supportive, Festivals like Diwali, holi, Janmashtami and national hoilday's like Republic and Independence day is celebrated together. Society is on the main road, so the connectivity is the best thing here because hospitals, market area, schools and public transport are easily accessible. There is a mini garden for kids to play, Gym, Clubhouse are well funtional. Additional Staircase is avaiable in the society for emergency exits. read more

There was no swimming pool in the society. Construction quality was okay it is not first class.

Good things here

The society is very close to the main road, so connectivity and transportation are very convenient. The location is excellent. There is allocated parking and everyone follows parking rules. Visitor parking is available inside and outside the floor. Every block has 2 elevators, which are frequently maintained. Owners pay Rs. 2,000 maintenance, but renters need to pay Rs. 2,500 as monthly maintenance. Generator is available for power backup. Garbage collection happens everyday. Municipalty vehicle comes in the evening everyday for garbage collection. Basic ameneties are all available in the society, like gym and garden area. Fire extinguishers are available in the building. Events and festivals are celebrated very nicely. read more

Things need improvement

Trainers are not available and the gym is for basic fitness only, not high-end bodybuilding needs. Few problems with the construction quality of the buildings. Like the flooring is not up the mark, as per the standards of modern buildings. The outside structure also could have been better. The structure doesn't make it look like it is a premium locality, even though the rate is the same as other premium localities. Specific fire exist is not available. read more

Connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of public transport options. Roads quality near the society is also excellent. The maintenance services are provided on time. Cleanliness and garbage collection is taken care of. There are no construction related problems like seepage and leakage issues in the building. Amenities like gym, garden area for kids and senior citizens area is available. Residents are friendly in nature. Security system is also well maintained. read more

Things need improvement

There is no clubhouse in the society. Other than this one factor, no such dislikes could be identified regarding the society management. read more
