Firstly location, location, location. Possibly best location in Mumbai (I know am being little farfetched but still!). Everything will be at fingertips. Lower Parel is best area in mumbai because of this area is best in lifestyle and environment. In lower Parel you get easily malls,shop, movies hall and you enjoy. Nearly auto and Bus stand. Lodha Vista is one of Mumbai’s best projects, I mean there are no two ways about it! There is good public transport all transport facility is available like bus, train, auto etc there is no traffic issue near my road and but overall neighborhood safety and security is top notch. Everything will be at your fingertips. now metro work is also done so it will be started soon the roads are well maintained and environment are also good the most important things are that's schools and colleges are nearby my road so there is no difficulty for children read more

This area is the ideal area because it has nearby hospitals schools colleges and other necessary services which are generally far from home in other areas here are many multinational and indian companies and industries which are providing employment opportunities to common and needy public and also developing the area. Construction quality and type is very good and society respond fast also. Saw some water logging this time during monsoon visit but should be fixed soon. looking forward to move in. read more

Nothing to really criticize about project. I mean Lodha Vista has really given everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. The good thing of this locality is there is no traffic u can easily get a cab or a taxi and also public transport is neet the roads are too well maintained which do not causes accident near by us the school are also nearby to us markets are also at walkable. I will love it here. read more
