Good things here

I have been living here for 4 years and I must say that Amanora Park is one of the most lavish, luxurious, safe, and secure societies in Pune. It is one of the tallest residential townships in Pune and provides a 24*7 helpline for assistance. The society has all amenities such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, markets, gyms, entertainment zones, parks, swimming pools, clubs, parking spaces, backup electricity, and a nearby police station. Additionally, transportation facilities like buses, cabs, metro, and rail are easily and frequently available. The society is also optimized with modern technology such as prepaid electricity meters, smart locks, and prepaid gas supply. read more

Things need improvement

I am disappointed by the fact that the property is located too close to a railway line, so it is noisy day and night. Additionally, it has high maintenance costs, especially for infrastructure and cluster funds. I often have to pay brokerage fees because the city's population is rapidly growing. Furthermore, due to the presence of two opposite-facing malls (Amanora and Season Mall), the area has narrow roads that often lead to congestion and traffic jams. read more
