Good things here

Water was available 24/7. Auto-rickshaws were readily available. The roads outside the society were well-maintained. Garbage collection was done daily, and the society was clean. The flats were very well-ventilated. There were fire exits in the society. All amenities were present and well-maintained. The swimming pool was located on the upper floor, which sometimes led to littering, but it was cleaned promptly. The residents were good, and the society was pet-friendly. There was no leakage or seepage in the flats. read more

Things need improvement

Malls and restaurants were not within walking distance. The society did not have power backup. There were occasional power cuts. The visitors' parking space was limited read more

Good things here

Overall, my living experience in that society was good. The society was neat, clean, and hygienic. The security system was great for the residents. All the modern amenities were present in the society. Autos and cabs were easily available, and there were no waterlogging or traffic issues around the society. read more

Things need improvement

Due to lots of metro construction work going on all over Pune, the atmosphere is quite dusty and not suitable for small kids and humans. Leakage and seepage issues are prevalent in the society. Tenants have to pay extra to use any of the amenities, and the railway station is far away from the society. read more

Good things here

The society is located on the main road, with public transport easily accessible, including local buses. It's connected to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway. There are two main gates for entry and exit, preventing traffic congestion. Security is robust, and water supply is continuous. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Parking is available both open and covered. The residents are very pleasant. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm in the society, managed by a dedicated committee. Beneath the amenities, there are two floors of parking where there was some leakage, but the builder promptly fixed it. While most societies don't provide a Conveyance deed, ours does. The roads outside the society are wide and cemented. There were cracks on the walls in some flats, but they have been filled. Maintenance charges are _3800 per month. The society is impeccably clean, with separate managers for all matters. read more

Things need improvement

When there is heavy rainfall, water accumulates in the parking area, which is then pumped out. However, when children play there, it becomes unsafe due to the water. During heavy rainfall, there might be occasional power cuts, and the power backup is only available for common areas, not for individual flats. Tenants have to pay for amenities; they are not provided for free. read more

Good things here

Living in my society is truly a blessing. We have everything we need right at our doorstep, with local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores just a stone's throw away. The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport like autos, cabs, and the metro, making commuting a breeze. The emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene is evident, with regular garbage collection and pest control keeping our surroundings pristine. I'm grateful that we don't have to deal with seepage or leakage issues in our apartments, and the cultural events and festivals celebrated in our society bring everyone together in joyous celebrations. Our neighbors are not just friendly but also incredibly cooperative, making it feel like one big happy family. We're fortunate to not face any traffic or waterlogging issues around the society, and our drainage system works flawlessly. With ample parking available and spacious balconies to enjoy, every aspect of living here feels comfortable and convenient. The security system is top-notch, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring our safety around the clock. read more

Things need improvement

While it's unfortunate that our society lacks amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, or play area for kids, it's still a comfortable and convenient place to live. read more

Good things here

The residential society offers excellent connectivity with nearby public transport options and a metro station, well-maintained roads, and essential amenities such as shops, schools, and restaurants just outside. It prides itself on high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and security with CCTV coverage. The buildings are constructed with quality materials, ensuring no issues like seepage, and residents benefit from 24x7 water supply, electricity, and power backup. Additionally, the society features recreational facilities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and children's play area, all complemented by ample parking space. read more

Things need improvement

The society implements recycled water for toilet flushes, which at times results in dirty flushes and unpleasant odors inside the flats, significantly impacting the atmosphere. Moreover, visitor parking is limited within the society, posing challenges for residents and their guests. read more
