Good things here

LOCATION : Urban Greens Project location is it's key attraction, its right on Rajarhat Main Road. Only 5 mins away from Chinar Park Signal Kiosk which is only 500ms away. HOSIPTALS : Nearest Hospital is Charnock which is 6 mins away. MALLS : Only 1.5 kms away from City Centre 2. METRO STATION : Upcoming Metro Station will be only 1.2 kms away from the project. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION : Public Transportation always available. FESTIVITIES AND CELEBRATIONS : Society celebrates almost all festivities with great zest and enthusiasm irrespective of religion. BUILT QUALITY : Built Quality is satisfactory. WATER CLOGGING ISSUE : No water clogging during rainy season. SAFETY SECURITY : Since the society is gated and all blocks have their respective security guards, taking a walk within the society at night is also safe and refreshing. Things need improvement

I believe there's room for improvement in our society's maintenance. Although amenities are present, they're not yet functional as the project is still underway. Parking poses a challenge due to limited space, compounded by the absence of visitor parking. Strengthening security measures could also be beneficial as they currently seem inadequate. read more

Good things here

The society is right on the main road. The connectivity of the society is excellent, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Airport is very close to the society. All daily needs are available around the society like market area, schools, hospitals, mall and restaurants. There is enough parking space provided to all residents. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Security guards are available. Residents are very nice, People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. read more

Things need improvement

The maintenance of the society is not at all good, Elevators and CCTV cameras are not maintained by the builder. It's the builder's responsibility to take maintenance from all the residents whenever any issues arise the builder blaims the society that no one is paying the maintenance for which he can't do any maintenance. There are lot of facilities which are still pending, I am staying here for 7 years now but a lot of facilities are still not provided. Club house is provided few days back but still it's incomplete, gym is very small and equipements are not sufficient, there is no swimming pool. The quality of services and cleanliness is pathetic, it ultimately becomes the responsibility of the residents to clean the society. Issues are not at all resolved and services are not provided. Plaster quality could have been better, wirings are not good. The construction quality of the buildings is average. We pay Rs 3. 5 per square feet area for maintenance which is very high but services are pathetic. There is also no play area, kids does not have parks to play. Road lights in the society are not working. Lifts breakdown now and then and CCTV sometimes does not work properly. read more
