Good things here

Koramangala is a pleasant area. There are many places to stay, from luxurious to budget-friendly options. Surrounding the area there are numerous hotels, schools, hospitals and other entertainment options, making life more colourful and enjoyable. The neighbourhood is celebrated for its welcoming community and excellent connectivity, making in the ideal place to live. read more

Things need improvement

The area is home to pubs, so it's expected to be crowded and have a lot of traffic. The cost of living, including housing and utilities, is higher than in some other parts of Bangalore. Parking, especially for visitors, is not good enough. Water supply is a problem, in summer time it's too much. No Metro access nearby is also a concern. The cab fares are a little bit expensive around here. read more

Electricity supply is good and its charges are also normal. Water supply is also available for 24 hours. There is a milk shop and grocery store nearby where all grocery items are available. There are government and private schools and hospitals nearby where vehicle facility is available for going there.Malls and vegetable market are nearby. Bus stand is also nearby. police patrolling this area. The public transportation service is also good. There are both small and big restaurants available nearby. Taxis and cabs can be booked easily. read more

There is no good juice corner nearby. Sometimes we get to see traffic jams in the evening. There is a lot of crowd here. Many places on the road are not cleaned properly. read more

Good things here

Kormangala was a very nice place. Here, so much accommodation is available at a high and low rate . Here nearby somany hotels, pubs, etc. are available from here we can enjoy more life will be more colourful and enjoyable. Here transportation is so easy and very easily available busses are there for all routes and nearby markets also there. The Mall is a very famous 2 malls, nexus and Forum Mall. The food orders are also available. read more

This is a city place, so according to that, there will be a lot of crowds, as well as vehicles. The accommodation rate is also high in some areas. The living expenses are also higher. read more

Good things here

Good public transport like BMTC bustand is there in walkable distance.Uber rapido ola are easily accessible in 4th cross. Roads are almost well maintained. No much humps and speed breakers. Frequent police patrollings to reduce malpractice. Parks and work out are well maintained area of the building. In nearby. Friendly neighborhood . Supermarkets,malls,and pubs are very closer. read more

Things need improvement

There is no water available in the building. No international schools are available and building have a small parking area and too much tenants so parking issues are common. No metro facility available within three kilometres. Frequent powercuts are common during day and night nowadays. Nights are not safe in local areas for anyone especially for Zomato swiggy guys. Pit pocketers are common during night. read more

This place is one of the fastest growing area of Bengaluru. The area is in South Eastern part of the city. Many IT company people lives here. It's posh and high class area surrounded by all influential people of the city. It has good connectivity including main road, bus stand, metro station. It's best locality in terms of nearby ammities including schools/college, health clinic, showrooms, shopping malls, cafeteria, banks, parks, retail outlets. This place can also be considered for investment. In terms to safety its best as being installed with cctv monitoring system and police controls. Environment is quiet and with beautiful natural scenery look. It's well planned locality post independence. read more

Things need improvement

It lacks green open spaces due to regular ongoing commercial constructions which also results in air and noise pollution. Street lights are insufficient in numbers and dim too. Municipal garbage disposal vehicle often comes once a week so it's unhygienic and looks dirty. House rent is quite expensive for tenants. read more
