The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, rikshaw, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around the society. Metro is nearby. collages, schools and hospitals all are nearby the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The road quality outside the society is perfectly fine, street lights are properly functional. Garbage collection is done on time. Segregation is done. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year. Elevators are properly functional and maintenance is done on time. There is ample space for play area and open walking tracks. People staying in the society are friendly and understanding in the society. All are very helpful. Society celebrates cultural festivals together. Society is pet friendly. read more

Things need improvement

There is no power backup in the society, we have to wait for the electricity to come back. There are no gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in amenities in the society The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the top floors. Main concern is the visitor's parking space, there are no parkings available for guests, they have to park outside the society which is very hectic as they have to park the cars outside the then walk into the society. read more

Cabs are available for 24*7 around the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained. Time to time paintings and water proofings are done. Issues are resolved on time in the society. maintainance is done in the society, the society is kept clean and hygine is maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Never faced any problems regarding water supply and electricity. Rooms are good and spacious with proper ventilation. Balcony are quite spacious. Park and small garden, small gym and club area is available in the society. amenities like gym, swimmingpool are also available. Both CCTV and lifts are installed and works properly. Elevators works properly and maintainance is done for that. The people are overall good and social in the society. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. The society has got good crowd. read more

There is no government public transport around the society which is available. There is major parking issues that is faced in the society. Parking space is not alloted to all residents yet for which lot of parking chaos happens in the society. I would say the construction quality is moderate as Seepage and leakage issues happens all the times. read more

Public transport is easily accessible from our society, which is in a great location. There are no problems with leaks or dampness in the flats. All modern amenities are available within the society. Residents are friendly, and bachelors are welcome. We have backup power for all buildings, so there are no issues with power cuts. Water supply is continuous and available 24/7. Garbage collection is done daily, and security measures are efficient. read more
