Good things here

I used to live there back in 2019 to 2020 covid time and at that time I appreciated living there because there were no seepage or termite issues faced by me. The plaster and fittings were up to mark, and each resident had designated parking. Electricity and water supply were consistent, and amenities like the gym and clubhouse were well-maintained. The neighbors were very friendly and supportive in times of need. read more

Things need improvement

However, there was no other public transportation apart from autos, and the road quality was poor. There were no nearby markets, schools, or hospitals. The building was under construction at that time, and another wing was incomplete. There was no segregated garbage disposal done. read more

Housekeeping is good, ensuring cleanliness throughout. The construction quality is excellent with good ventilation and sunlight.
