The construction is solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and the buildings are well-ventilated. Maintenance is excellent with clean lifts, regular garbage collection, and well-kept facilities. All amenities are available, including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and club. The neighbourhood is friendly, and there are no issues with security or CCTV coverage. read more

The main issue is connectivity. The airport and railway station are far away, making it inconvenient for frequent travelers. Other than that, everything else is great. read more

Good things here

Living in this society has been quite pleasant overall. The surrounding roads are well-maintained, making it easy to access nearby schools, hospitals, and markets without hassle. Inside the society, the maintenance team does a great job with garbage collection and segregation, keeping our surroundings clean and tidy. The apartments are spacious and well-built, providing a comfortable living space with minimal issues like seepage or pests. The clubhouse is a nice spot for community gatherings and is well-maintained, contributing to a friendly atmosphere among neighbors. read more

Things need improvement

However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. There's been an ongoing issue with the sewage system, which hasn't been properly addressed and could become a bigger problem down the road. Also, while the clubhouse is nice, it would be great to have more amenities like a swimming pool and gym within the society for more recreational options. read more

There is an issue with stray dogs in the area. Even though they are collared, we're afraid that they might bite someone. This issue needs to be addressed to ensure the safety of residents. read more

The society offers you a great high class lifestyle as the buildings here are spacious and well constructed and all the amenities required by modern high class society are available here . Roads inside the society are well constructed and were wide enough that you can even park your car at the sides read more

Things need improvement

As loopholes are everywhere here also being a great society it lacks maintenance . Facilities are not maintained regularly . People here are also not that friendly and interactive . Fencing around the society is also damaged at some points which increases the risk of theft in the society read more
