Traffic is quite less in the area. Well-maintained parks. Metro is close to the area. Public transport is available easily. Main Delhi markets are far from the area. Pub, malls, food stalls, etc., are available readily.

The area is safe even at night. Police patrolling is done frequently. The street lights are also proper. It has moderate levels of pollution. Traffic problems are faced by the residents quite often. The area is not cheap.
