World Residency in Delhi NCR is an absolute disaster. amenities like the pool and gym are non-existent. Only 2 out of 4 lifts have been installed, and the rest probably never will be. They've constructed 3 basements, but only B3 is operational, making it a nightmare for SUV owners due to narrow turning radius. The guards act like hooligans, and the management and builder are charging residents exorbitant electricity bills. They charge 30% as DG usage at Rs 20 per unit when the government rate is around Rs 6.5 to 7 per unit. The crematorium and garbage dump remain despite promises. Beware and make an informed decision. Moving in is a logistical nightmare; they won't allow trucks on the premises, forcing you to carry goods from a distance. No laborer will want to deal with this mess read more
