ASF Isle de Royale is located in an overall good place, if you want to live in a quite place. The only concern right now is the lack of public transport.

Ambience is good but there is a leakage problem almost all the towers and inside the rooms also internal finishing is very bad and the material they used is of low quality. Electricity charges per unit are commercial plus the load in an individual inventory is too high.

Builder has given great construction quality and amenity. Security in complex is good and maintenance service respond fast. The overall construction quality is great allowing having a long-term benefit. I am really happy with this investment

Nothing to really criticize about project. I mean ASF Isle de Royale has really given everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. My wife loved the space and is worth investing.

Good security and fairly good maintenance of the society amenities but a little bit far from the main city on Faridabad Road. It takes time to reach the office. Moreover, malls, hospitals and others are quite far.
