Good things here

The social life is somewhat vibrant with occasional community events that bring residents together. These gatherings provide opportunities for interaction and create a sense of belonging among neighbors, despite other shortcomings in the society. Additionally, the promise of social events indicates some effort from the community to foster a supportive and engaging environment for its residents. read more

Things need improvement

Society falls short in several critical areas, severely impacting the living experience. Connectivity is notably poor with the nearest transport options located 4 kilometers away, making daily commuting challenging and inconvenient for residents. Maintenance is unreliable with frequent water shortages, significantly affecting daily life and basic comfort. The construction quality is subpar, reflecting inadequate planning and execution that has led to unfulfilled promises of amenities like a pool, garden, and clubhouse even after a decade of existence. These unfulfilled promises not only disappoint but also highlight a lack of accountability and transparency from the builders, contributing to overall dissatisfaction among residents. read more

Good things here

I used to live here and overall, it was a good experience. The maintenance was good, and everything was kept clean and well-maintained. All the amenities like the garden, childrens play area, gym, and club were there. I think the swimming pool was in J1 or F1, but I never went to the pool myself. The neighbours were nice and friendly, even though they changed often. The connectivity was okay, with easy access to cabs and autos. Despite some drivers canceling rides, it was manageable. read more

Things need improvement

There were some problems when I lived in this society. The flats had issues with leakage, and there were cracks in the building. Sometimes, Uber and Ola drivers would cancel rides, which was annoying. The airport was a bit far, and the railway station was about an hour away. We had to travel around 15 km to reach the Pune border, but that wasnt too much of an issue. The neighbours were good, but they kept changing, which made it hard to form lasting friendships but its part of life so no complaints. read more

Good things here

The society has lifts, CCTV cameras, and security guards that are well-maintained. The maintenance charge per month is 1500 rupees. Public transport like autos and buses are easily available around the society. The society offers modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, park, and gardens, all well-maintained with timely cleaning except swimming pool . There are malls, markets, schools and hospitals all nearby. Residents enjoy spending time in the gardens. Garbage collection is punctual, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. Ventilation is good, and there are no problems with seepage or leakage . Water logging isn't a big issue either. Parking was allotted for everyone, with both covered and uncovered options available. read more

Things need improvement

The swimming pool is currently not working, but everything else is running very smoothly and is well-maintainedThe metro station is 10 km away from the society. . read more

Good things here

The area has great connectivity with easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. The construction quality is excellent with no issues of seepage or termites. There is proper ventilation, good plastering, and fittings. Each resident has a designated parking spot. The society follows the rules, with regular garbage collection and separation of wet and dry waste. There is a 24/7 supply of electricity and water. We celebrate all festivals together. The elevators are well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards. read more

Things need improvement

In my opinion, the society needs more amenities. I've faced many issues with the water supply, and the builder has not handed over the flats to the owners yet. This is a major concern. read more
