Good things here

Living here has been really pleasant. The maintenance team does a great job with regular garbage collection and proper segregation of wet and dry waste, keeping our surroundings clean and tidy. The construction quality is impressive, ensuring well-ventilated apartments without any seepage issues, which adds to our comfort. Amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained with proper equipments and activities. The neighbours are friendly and cooperative, making it feel like a true community. Connectivity is reliable, making it easy to get around with various transportation options available like autorickshaws and cabs. Also there is a market nearby with daily groceries easily available there. read more

There's nothing I dislike about the connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, amenities, or neighbourhood. Everything here is running smoothly and meets my needs perfectly. read more

I really enjoyed the modern amenities, including the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, all of which were well-maintained. The connectivity was great with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and having a market nearby was very convenient. Each resident has designated parking, and the electricity supply is reliable. The elevators are well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards ensuring safety. read more

Things need improvement

There are some maintenance issues, like the booster pump for water supply has been under repair for the past year. The roads inside the apartments have cracks that haven't been filled, causing dirty water and cement to fall on the cars. There's also water seepage in the basement parking because the overhead road hasn't been repaired. The neighbors are just okayish, not particularly friendly or engaging. read more

The construction quality of the society was excellent, with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. The amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were available and well-maintained. Connectivity was good, with public transport easily accessible and markets nearby. The neighbors were very friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators were installed and maintained, and there was regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation. read more

Things need improvement

There was a cockroach issue in the society when I lived there like I had frequent encounter with the cockroaches, but other than that, everything was fine. All the essentials I needed were available there. read more

Construction of society is great with no problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. The people in the community are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the holidays. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. The community has amenities like a park, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Excellent parking and security. Society is well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation. read more

There is good environment in the society , the society has all the facilities required for a comfortable stay . I haven't faced any issues in the society so far. read more
