Parking areas are well-organized and visitor parking is available. The availability of a party hall for functions adds to the convenience. Nearby hospitals in the city provide accessible healthcare options. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for residents. Plans to enhance security from July will further ensure safety in the society, which already boasts good security measures. The surrounding people are friendly, and we celebrate many festivals together, like Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Independence Day, and Republic Day. Within the community, there is a supermarket, grocery stores, and a school, hospitals, and a petrol bunk within 1 km. The road quality is excellent, street lights are present, and there is good parking space for residents. The maintenance of the society is good, with daily cleaning and proper garbage collection. There are no issues with water and power. Construction-wise, the buildings are well-ventilated with good rooms. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall. read more
