Good things here

Don't go with these property. Sikka will charge lots of extra amount. they will charge twice leese rent. False farmer compensation charge, false labour cess, wrong electric meter charge, false gas connection and lot more. possession will delayed. log 6-7 sal se possession milne ka wait kr rhe h read more

Things need improvement

all the same mentioned above. Nothing is good over here. wrong charges. Agar broker bole 2-3 lacks h possession charge don't believe, It will cost around you 7.5lack plus.enquire with the person who already purchased. read more
