Things need improvement

During heavy rains, water seeped into all the rooms, causing damage such as shattered window glasses. The construction materials used are not resilient enough to withstand high winds and rains, reflecting poor quality construction. Additionally, the size of the flats is smaller compared to other societies, yet they are priced higher. Metro connectivity is lacking, although cabs are readily available. Autos, however, are not easily accessible. The area faces issues such as traffic congestion, high pollution levels, and a shortage of public amenities like parks, hospitals, and schools. read more
