Good things here

Connectivity was good as railway station and bus stand is at walkable distance from the socety even auto and cabs were easily available near by the society. Quality of the construction was good there were no issues regarding seepage. Spacious parking area availabe for owners and visitors,Security was really good they were very helpful and coperative. There were good schools and hospitals near by the society. It was cosmopoltian crowd and eveytbody were quite coperative. Maintenance facilities were good and easily available if any issues accures in the society. read more

Things need improvement

As far as i lived in that society there was no amenities which was available for use of residents that may be under construction only kids play area was availabe and kids play area was also too small compare to the residents. read more

The apartment enjoys excellent connectivity, with the local railway station just 1 km away. Nearby, there is a mall where you can find all household essentials. The society provides allocated parking areas for both owners and visitors. Security is robust, with 24/7 security staff present, ensuring a safe environment. The society is well-maintained and clean, and the people living there are very decent and friendly. read more

Things need improvement

The construction of the apartment has aged significantly, and the rooms are not in brand new condition. Additionally, there are no balconies in the units. Unfortunately, there are limited amenities in the society, with only a small space designated for a kids' play area. read more

Good things here

Connectivity was good like there was local transport and public transport is easy to approach near by the society even schools and hospitals were near by the society. Allocated parking space is there in the society for owners and visitors. High secuity system in the society,cctv facilities were there in the society. All the modern amenities are there in the society and eveything is fully functional. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality was not that great,there were cracks on the walls and even there were seepage issues in the apartment. Crowd of the people were not that great and unhygenic. read more

Good things here

On the positive side, cabs and autos are easily available. I didn't face any water supply or electricity issues, and there were no problems with seepage or leakage. People in the community are usually active, and issues get resolved swiftly. read more

Things need improvement

However, as a tenant, I don't get good access to clubhouse privileges. The cost of using the swimming pool and clubhouse is quite high. The owners are the main organizers of events, but as a tenant, I don't receive invitations. read more

Good things here

There is lots of open space in the society,rooms are designed so wel that proper ventilation has provided and proper sunlight is also available inside the unit. There are multiple schools and hospitals near by the society even bus stop and railway station are also near by the society. maintenace charges are reasonable in the society. Build quality is good and there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society and everything is fully functional and highly maintained. High security system and cleaniness is also up to the mark. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance facilities are really poor as swimming pool and club house is not functional since long time. There is no power back up facilities available in the society. read more
