Many schools, Restaurants, Malls are close by to apartment. The flat is having 1465 sqft with East facing and on the 100 ft main road. RTC Bus facilities, Autos & Cabs are available 24/7 timings. Amenities like security/ watchman with CCTV for the apartment and WIFI and Lift facility available. read more

Nothing... The schools & colleges timings , the traffice congession would be there , else the locality is with a greenary and peaceful location. read more

Good things here

Bore, Manjeera water available. Car parking available. Only for family. Auto stand is nearby and accessible. Cabs are accepted in this area. Since, there are less number of families in the property, water is not an issue. read more

Sometimes there are power fluctuations may be observed. Otherwise there is very little issue that can be observed here. read more

Good things here

this is a great place I often go there to visit my relatives. we have nearby metro stations, malls, schools, hospitals and good schools. we can safely walk in night without any hesitation read more

Pragathi Nagar is a popular area for affordable rental accommodation. There are good schools, hospitals and shopping options available in the area. There, however, problems of encroachment and illegal dumping of waste in the locality and the locality in not well maintained in terms of cleanliness.
