Good things here

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Roads are wide enough. There are Market areas, grocery store, schools all are nearby the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. I am the one who started this idea of segregating waste. We also have started composting, we have a composter in the society. There is a company who comes every sunday and picks up all waste plastics from the society. Everything gets recycled. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in my appartment. Ventilation is very nice with so many windows. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Lifts works perfectly fine and maintenance is done periodically. Lifts are of very good quality. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. Sports activities are also available. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are very friendly. Open space and basement parking both are available. Pets rules are maintained by all owners. read more

Things need improvement

Cabs are not available in early morning and at late night which is usually a concern. Metro station is a little far from the society. There were termite before, but that is a rare case not a major one. Restaurant and cafe is missing around this area, if that could be available it would be great. read more
