Good things here

Living in this society was a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with excellent connectivity to key areas of the city. The maintenance of common areas was always top-notch, and the sense of community was strong. I particularly appreciated the responsive management team and the well-organized community events. The construction quality of the buildings is impressive, ensuring a comfortable living environment. read more

Things need improvement

While the society offers many positives, I did miss having on-site fitness facilities. The absence of a gym and swimming pool meant I had to seek these amenities elsewhere, which was somewhat inconvenient. However, this was a minor drawback in an otherwise excellent living experience, and the society's numerous other strengths more than made up for it. read more

Good things here

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. Metro station is available nearby the society. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. Everything is available within 300 meters around the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Water supply are available for 24*7 in the society which is amazing. Amenities are well maintained like gym, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are very good and friendly and cooperative in the society, all cultursl festivals are celebrated together. Garbage collections are done on time. Amenities like gym, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Parking space is available. read more

Things need improvement

The building is quite old, on some areas in the top flor some construction issues were the, but that was rectified by the builders. There are metro constructions going on around the society for which sometimes power cuts happens in the society, but it is not that frequent. swimmingpool is not available in the society. Water logging issues are faced around the society as metro construction works are going on and draianage system is not good for now. The drainage works will be done after metro constructions are over. During rainy season water logging issues are faced. Traffic issues are faced due to construction works outside the society. The commitee is not formed in the society for which sometimes problems are faced. The security system is not good, security guards are not alert, any outsiders are allowed to enter the society randomly. CCTV cameras are installed by us but the society has not provided any CCTV cameras. CCTV is only available in common area. read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Outside roads are very good of the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Other facilities like gym, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Visitor's parking is available in the society. Parking space is available. read more

Things need improvement

We face water supply issues, with drinking water not consistently available. The construction quality poses challenges, including seepage, leakage, and plaster issues. Unfortunately, the society lacks a swimming pool. read more

One of the most popular areas is suitable for investment and is surrounded by vegetation. It is a pleasant neighbourhood along the Pune-Mumbai Expressway. But, because there are numerous factory manufacturing plants in the area, you may experience pollution and frequent traffic congestion.
