Good things here

Public Transport and cab available easily due to main area and nearby by T.nagar, Ashok nagar and west mambalam. Nearby by great schools and hospital for the children. Safety are very good in the night time due to CCTV has been installed all places and street light available every 20 feet. read more

No its very good place and accessibility to t.nagar, Ashok nagar and mambalam. Bus stop is near by and public and private transport to access easily in saidapet. read more

The locality is immensely green, quiet, spaceous and peaceful. There is no water logging issues. Great for walking. Very Private and one of the lesser know beautiful streets of Chennai. read more

Healthcare facility is good and hospital nearby. Cinema hall and grocery store nearby where everything is available. kids school available nearby. Electricity supply is good and available every time. water supply is also good and no shortage of water. There are restaurants nearby where many types of things are available to eat. Taxi and bus service available every time. read more

Things need improvement

Road lights at many places do not work at night. The cleanliness of the roads is not maintained properly. Stray dogs and cows keep roaming in the streets. You don't get a taxi to come here early at night. read more

Saidapet also known as Saidai, a neighbourhood area of Chennai, situated in the northern banks of the Adyar River which also serves as the access to central Chennai. The area covers 2.87 sq. km with coordinates of 13.0235° N 80.2237°E. The climate in this area is hot and humid all throughout the year.
